Job description

We're seeking adata-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid acquisition channels while leveraging advanced analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels including paid search, social media advertising, and display networks
  • Manage daily optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Own end-to-end analytics implementation using Google Analytics 4, ensuring proper tracking setup and maintenance
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and present insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and other performance metrics across channels
  • Develop attribution models to understand the impact of various marketing touch points
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative and copy
  • Manage monthly marketing budget allocation based on channel performance

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including implementation, configuration, and analysis
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated experience managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple platforms
  • Proven track record of improving key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
